In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the healing properties of a variety of spices and how to use them in your everyday dishes, as well as simple home remedies. You will also roast and grind your own seasonal spice blend (masala) to balance the cold, light and dry influence of the vata season (Winter). Bring wisdom and healing to your kitchen with seasonal spices.
